Merugu Shenkar S/o Merugu Papaya (Born on 24th October, 1962) from Ramagundam, Telangana, India.Has created a new record on the occasion of Rakshabandhan 1116(one thousand one hundred sixteen) sisters presented 1116 helmets to their brothers and they travelled 15 kilometers and took an oath of wearing helmet.
