Smt.Jaya Bhaskarachar N. A (Born on 01st June, 1960) from Tumakuru Karnataka, India ,that she has Drawn more than 9,000 different designs of rangoli without copying other designs and without repeating designs. She achieved this feat and it is acknowledged in District level, State level and is also recognised by University for women, Vijayapura, Karnataka.
