RICE PORTRAIT OF KCR

This is to certify ALLAM NAVEEN (Born on 15th October 1981) S/o Allam Devidas Bagulawada from Nirmal, Adilabad, Telangana State, India has made a portrait of Telangana Chief Minister Sri K.Chendrashekar Rao with using of 6000 Rice seeds and he wrote KCR word on each rice seed by inspiring of his plans like.. 6 Rs kg Rice to poor people & most popular project one crore plantation (Haritha Haram). And he completed within 5 months.
