THURLAPATI KUTUMBA RAO (Born on 10th August, 1933) S/o. Sundara Ramanuja Rao,Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh, India. He has addressed so far more than 15,000 public meetings in various parts of Andhra pradesh and other states on Literature, Arts, Culture and national integration. He has the title of Upanyasa kesari. He is the first in journalist Padma shri – awardi in Andhra pradesh from Rashta pathi K.R.Narayanan, Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh, India.
